I was not happy at all with their customer service. On trying to make an appointment I called 3 times in week with no reply. So I left a message on their Facebook page. I finally got a call back a week later. When I spoke with Lisa, I told her I have a living social deal for a haircut and highlight. She said I would not be able to use it because I was a returning customer. (Even though it did not say that on the living social). She said she would have her manager call me back. 2 weeks without a call, I called back again and they the manager was very rude and told me I couldn't use it. So I had to go through living social and get a refund. The hole thing was very stressful and I will not be going to posh daisy ever again.
