The condo we are staying in is very nice, clean, and updated. I have no real complaints about the unit itself, but was a little disappointed that in all of the reviews I've read no one mentioned that the view toward the east is partially obstructed by another condo. This may not be a big deal to some, but for someone, like me, who likes to sit on the balcony and "beach watch" it was a little annoying. Another thing I'm surprised no one mentioned was the parking! One thing we look for when researching condos is whether or not it has covered parking. While this condo DOES have covered parking, the stalls are so narrow it is VERY hard to park. While we were able to park our car in the stalls after some maneuvering, most of the full size suvs that were here while we were had to park in the few spaces that are provided outside of the building.
Now on to the good things! The building and grounds are very well maintained. The pool is nice with plenty of chairs for lounging. One of my favorite things about The Veranda is the fact that the beach directly in front is so un-crowded. Be sure to bring your own chairs because beach service is not provided but it was a good trade off to have the beach virtually to ourselves. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here. The prices were very reasonable which makes it easier to overlook the couple of small disappointments we experienced.
