This is new, newd beach. It is very small in width, but if you like to walk the beach, you can literally walk out of sight from where you started. There is no room for a volleyball net, it is that skinny. The dunes are OFF LIMITS! Please respect the turtle nests as there are many during the nesting season(summer). If you snorkel, There are a great number of sand dollars out in water at around 25-30 ft. Deep. Alcohol is prohibited, but I've never seen anyone there to enforce it, just be careful. Trash cans are provided near the pathways. Bring shade and SUNSCREEN! If you like a quiet beach this is a great one. If you are new to this type of beach, please remember to respect people's privacy and do not take pictures of people without their permission. You never know who or how it may affect someone's life. Thank you.

Quiet beach. Enter off of A1A at sign for Blind Creek Beach. Free parking but no lifeguards or any other amenities. Take path over the dunes and go right (south) for about 200 yards. Just set -up your umbrella and get undressed and enjoy the sun and sand with a growing number of like minded folks. Plenty of space and no one bothers you. My wife wife and I spent a pleasant four hours there yesterday (8/23). The 50 mile r/t sure beats the 250 mile r/t to Haulover Beach in Miami.
