Stayed 2 nights due to an online special. Upon arrival I realized this is not McDonalds, smiles are not free. Rooms are adequate however the internet was very slow, toiletry items most hotels provide in room, where very cheap and minimal, sleep/bed were ok, pillows defiantly needed an update/ upgrade. Breakfast was disappointing - very weak coffee, lacked variety. Breakfast is usually something i look forward to at when staying at a Fairfield hotel.

My family stayed there recently while my Mom was in the hospital nearby. The lobby was inviting, comfortable, and homey and a nice place to sit and relax late at night. Chris did a great job of keeping up with the busy breakfast area despite having one arm in a sling and managed to do other various jobs, too. Frank, at the front desk, went above and beyond. He didn't simply "process" guests, but spent a few minutes talking with each person...always pleasant and smiling and adding that personal touch. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was nice, and the hotel was situated between I-95 and the FL Turnpike on a major highway with a number of eateries within walking distance.

This was a nice property - not perfect but above average. It was clean, easy to navigate, and the breakfast was fine. The market was a bit out of inventory and the printers did not work well - so i had to go without. One "annoying" thing is that they advertise a deal - stay 8 times and give you 500 bonus miles. That's insulting - that's like stay 8 times and you get 10 cents off each night. It's one of those thngs - that annoyed you to think about. If you have a program, make it worthwhile. At $80, it was a very good value.

My mom and I stayed there recently. The hotel was packed with kids of all ages in swim, basketball, and baseball tournaments. Overall, the staff handled the rowdy kids quite well. The hotel is very clean. They couldn't keep up with the breakfast food as there was so many teenagers. The eggs came out steaming and when I ate them they were luke warm, definitely microwave before sitting down. Nice selection of juices. The pool area was very clean. The pool furniture definitely needs to be replaced, very rusty and falling apart. There was only one elevator for the entire hotel and it was very slow. They definitely need to do something about that. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Stay away from the elevators.

This is a very clean hotel with reliable and profressional staff. The rates are always great if you book ahead. Onsite manager is great and supportive of hotel staff which makes for a good stay. The breakfast coordinator is one of the less cheerful staff but again couldnt help noticing that the manager pitched in to help out with breakfast.

We chose this Fairfield for its location and price. We were very happy with the room, the property, and the service. We really liked the modern bathroom with the oversize walk-in shower. Haven't seen that in a hotel at this price range. While the room was a bit small we quickly became used to it. What impressed us the most was the breakfast service while trying to feed several youth basketball teams. The hard-working woman(with some help from a couple of men) struggled to keep the items stocked best she could. Imagine trying to feed 30 hungry, big boys at once and keeping your sanity. This lady did a wonderful job. While we had to wait, we understood and eventually we were able to eat all the items we wanted.

Room Tip: avoid the end of the hall if you want to avoid the freezing air conditioning vents. The end of the...

I stayed here with my husband and kids for a basketball tournament my son was playing in. I booked the hotel because of the proximity to the event and because breakfast came included in the price. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was a decent size but not as big as a imagined. I did like that the rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the hotel pool. Although clean, it was not very big and I did not like the fact that it was right next to the parking lot. Overall, this hotel gets good reviews from me since the two things I look for in a hotel are cleanliness and great service and this met my expectations in both these areas.
