I can't rave enough about this hotel, it was perfection. You can't ask for better view right from your balcony, gorgeous sunsets. The grounds were well manicured, the room was spotless & the entire staff went above & beyond. A very nice breakfast in the beautiful lobby. The room has a small kitchen & beutiful decor. Just a very short walk to Times Square for restaurants & shops.
I can't wait to go back, it's heavenly!!!

Room Tip: We were on the 4th floor but any floor above 2 will give you great ocean views

We pulled into the Best Western Plus Beach Report after a little too much driving, walked into the lobby and were blown away by the lobby's perfect view of a brilliant green lawn, white sand beach and Gulf waves, framed by palm trees. Our room had an equally perfect view. The rooms are not large, but attractive and have good lighting. They have s a kitchen area with a full fridge, stove top burners, microwave, sink, and counter and stools for two. The room has a tile floor, very practical for a beach hotel, and that tile continues on to the large balcony. That's a nice feature if you like to be barefoot.

It's easy to walk directly from the hotel onto the beach. The lawn area has seating and a shuffleboard game, and the pool was great.

We really liked the hotel location. It is about three blocks down a dead-end street from the public beach and the "Times Square" area of Fort Myers Beach. It is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants, but the hotel is in a quieter spot with less traffic.

A downside would be the daily breakfast. It's good--but not great. The quality of the baked goods was only OK. Prewrapped breakfast sandwiches were offered daily but they got a little gummy in the warmer. The breakfast area is not very large and it can be hard to find seating. Pick up your breakfast items and go back to the room and enjoy that balcony!

Room Tip: I believe that every room faces the gulf and has a balcony!

The location of this Best Western Plus is incredible! The grounds and facility are very nicely kept. Our room seemed nearly new with a nice fridge, two burner flat surface stove, nice microwave, cabinets with dishes, solid surface counter tops and nice tile floors. The room was very clean and up to date with a private balcony over looking a grassy well manicured courtyard with beautiful palms and a real talking parrot. This is perfect for people that like a casual but nice atmosphere and don't want to dine out for every meal. The staff was just as great. They were always friendly, pleasant and helpful. We would love to come back again.

Room Tip: We enjoyed a room on the upper floor with a balcony that over looked the Beach on the Gulf of Mexico with one king bed away from the elevator.

You could not ask for anything more. Great rooms on the beach. Very nice decor with a kitchen! Close to the pier, but far enough away to avoid the crowds.Very friendly staff, quiet and lots of beach activities.

Room Tip: Rooms on the second floor avoid the leaves of the palm trees.

This was our first visit to Ft. Myers Beach, Fl. The hotel was beautiful. The grounds are meticulous and the view of the ocean can't be beat. The pool was very inviting. The room was everything you would need, it included a microwave and refrigerator, plates and silverware. You can cook and or go out to dinner which we did because we were only there 3 short nites. There is a laundry room on each floor which we used and was greatly appreciated. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good too. You can stay in the breakfast area or take your meal outside and sit it the beautiful grounds. I will definately stay here again on my next visit. The only thing I could complain about is the bed being a little too soft for my preference.

Room Tip: You get a better view with a room on the upper level because of the palm trees.
