Outstanding staff, grounds, rooms, breakfast, bed was comfy. close to shops and resturants, and just a few steps to a cool white beach leading to the Gulf. Used the trolley schedule the registration desk gave us and it was very simple to catch a ride right in front of the Hotel. The trolley runs a cirlce around the island so be sure to ride it down to Lover's Key Park. The water there is crystal clear.

Room Tip: Room 413 4th floor had an awesome view but all the rooms probably have a beautiful view.

this hotel was the perfect mother's day gift and my family and i really enjoyed ourselves, the beach was awesome, especially the great access to the beach. The breakfast was very good and eating our meal outside looking out to the beach made it even better. i would love to go back again and stay longer. i really enjoyed my mother's day weekend

Just love this hotel.Soooo clean. Everything is kept so neat and tidy. Just far enough away to have a quiet stay but close enough to walk to shopping and restuarants. Love the new breakfast sandwiches. Left phone chargers and they called the next day to say they had them. Would highly recommend and definitley will stay again.

We stayed here for a break between Orlando parks, my parents recommended the resort and I picked the hotel from the reviews on here.
We stayed 3 night and wished we'd booked longer this is a fantastic hotel and the free continental breakfast was far more than we expected, we thought it would just be pastries and juice but there was a great variety and more than set us up for the day....my 4 year old loved the banana muffins!
The free coffee anytime of the day in the lobby was another added bonus, we had a full kitchen in room but didnt actually use it other than the fridge next time we stay we will stay longer and make use of it.
The beach is beautiful and the chairs around the garden were lovely for some chill time people watching, we spent most of the time chilling round the pool or garden after doing Disney parks! At night we ate at Yucatan twice and can highly recommend the food was lovely and live entertainment. We did eat at Nervous Nellies one night but wasnt impressed.
The hotel was spotless and the head housekeeper was lovely I kept bumping into her and she was really friendly and asked if my room was ok....a credit the hotel.
I will return to this hotel on a future Florida trip but stay longer highly recommended!

Nice wide beach, plenty opportunity for shelling. Water nice + warm but not the lovely blue found at nearby Sanabel island. Chairs available at pool and gardens areas but not at the beach. Paying $250 a night for a room so didn't appreciate a $23 per DAY chair rental fee for 2 chairs. For 3 people an extra $46 per day??? However, charging for chairs may be typical in this area.

Good breakfast was beyond continental ...and staff were helpful.

Located in a quiet area. Approx. a 5 block walk to the nearest restaurant. Having a rental car saved the day if you don't want to walk that far for lunch and dinner everyday.

Thank you for your review. As you stated we do offer chairs for guests on our tropical palm courtyard and also on the pool deck, but use Holiday Water Sports for the rental of beach chairs/ umbrellas and water activities. Chair and umbrella rentals are standard for this area and much of Florida. We definitely are happy with the recent re-nourishment of the beach, as it offers our guests a beautiful wide beach area to enjoy while visiting Fort Myers Beach. Thanks again for your review and we hope to see you in the future.

We checked into this hotel on April 25th. We stayed in room 406. We had requested the top floor, for the views but the 4th floor was just as good as when we stayed on the fifth floor. Our balcony overlooked the Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful sunsets. The evenings at the hotel were quiet and serene yet only a five minute walk down the beach was quite a busy night life. We really got the best of both worlds with this hotel. The location of this hotel could not be more perfect!

Our room was very clean. We were surprised to find a full size refrigerator as well as a stove top and microwave, not to mention all the needs of a kitchen, pots, pans, plates, silverware, spatula, you name it...it was perfect. Next was the bathroom, very spacious and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Although the hotel seems pretty full, we never heard any noise through the walls. It was pretty quiet in our room, even the air conditioner. The beds were comfortable and the maid service was impeccable.

It was so nice to come back from a day on the beach and have the pool to relax at for a little bit before dinnertime. I think I even stayed at the pool one day for almost the entire day. It was very clean and didn't feel over chlorinated at all. We even enjoyed a game or two of shuffleboard.

We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. We brought our food and beverages back to our room so the business was never an issue for us. Also, we are not big eaters for breakfast so even after a week; the choices did not get old for us. There were many kinds of bread and bagels for toasting, waffles to make, fruit and muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and premade breakfast sandwiches. There was also a newspaper delivered to our door every morning to enjoy our coffee with.

Downstairs from our elevator there were two computers to use that were very helpful. They were even connected to a printer for printing boarding passes, etc for no extra charges. There was an ice machine down the hallway and we never had issues with it running low which we have at other hotels.

There were always people walking around cleaning and maintaining the property. You could tell that this was a priority for this hotel and they took pride in their work. The staff was always very friendly, helpful and courteous.

My husband can not wait to back there again next April! for our third time. It can not come soon enough.

This place ROCKS !!,,, they are continually cleaning, sweeping, etc.. no sand inside, fantastically kept property. The staff is the best, very accommodating. Pool is great, beach even better.

We would like to see the place go pet and smoke free, but other than that,, blows the surrounding
hotels into the weeds.

Plenty of awesome dining nearby,, the Fish Monger is incredible, 5 min ride from hotel. FRESH caught specials every day, out of this world taste, presentation, portions.
