We spent the bulk of our time in their sister restaurant, the Junkanoo, but one evening I was craving mussels. We started with drinks at the Junkanoo and I had not realized mussels were not on their menu, the bartender recommended that we walk up the stairs and order the appetizer...with our drinks in hand.

The atmosphere is far more refined at the Fresh Catch so we felt underdressed and thankfully, the staff still treated us well. Huge wine collection with indoor and patio seating with a great view of the beach.

The mussells melted in my mouth and were so tasty.

We never did have a full meal in that venue but will definitely try it next time we go. Keep in mind that reservations are recommended as we witnessed several nights of lineups out the front door

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The location is right on the beach. We had requested an outside table. It was a chilly night but they had patio heaters. The food was delicious. We shared one of their specialty salads it was more than enough for two. We had shrimp and Mahi Mahi. Both were prepared perfectly. The service was top rate. Our server recommended a wine to go with our meal and is was a perfect match.

Very good vibe -- a high-class place. Food was excellent for all four of us. We had tuna, haddock, scallops. Waiter -- Derek -- was was friendly -- but not too -- and efficient.

We went to Fresh Catch Friday night and as soon as we walked in I knew it was something special! Before dinner cocktails were just right and we were seated inside. My fault, I reserved inside seating but outside would have been lovely. We ordered the fresh mozzarella and tomato salad to start and it was perfect! We enjoyed fresh fish and shrimp dinners, simply delicious! Key lime pie was the best ever served with fresh berries and homemade whipped cream. Friendly service all around, can't go wrong here!

Saturday night dinner. The restaurant is literally right on the beach. Great atmosphere and view. Among the four of us we had grouper (two different ways), scallops and crab cakes. Shared a creme brûlée for dessert. The food is beautifully presented and everything was delicious. However... We had a reservation and when we arrived our table wasn't ready. We went to the bar for drinks. The bartenders ignored us for a while then were a bit rude when finally helping us. At our table our waiter was not very helpful when we asked questions. He was efficient but had no personality at all. To be fair, it looked like all of the staff were completely overloaded. But that's not what I expect at a nice restaurant like this. If you don't mind so-so service, the view and the food might be worth it.
