The food is excellent. Worthy of a much more expensive restaurant (and even then impressive). It has an imaginative menu without being over the top. There is a back room that is quiet, so bring your romance with you. There is no view and when we saw the outside (and admittedly, the inside) we began to question the validity of the reference there. However, when we saw the menu, our hopes soared. They were exceeded when we got the actual food. Despite the lack of ambiance, I'd still have given this place five stars if the waitress hadn't attempted to rip us off. On the first check, she wrote an amount three dollars higher than the total on the top and circled it. After assuming it was an innocent mistake and giving her my credit card nonetheless, we were presented with a credit card slip that had had a beer added on in haste to bring the credit card amount up to the amount of the original check. Sure, it was only three bucks, but it made me wonder how often this happens. We informed the manager, so I'm not sure if there is still a problem. In any case, go, enjoy, and hopefully you'll be able to give this place the five stars it truly deserves.
