“right on the beach”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2014

The rooms are very clean and the staff do a great job. They've done some updates and it shows. Still some updates for style to go but really is a great place to stay on the beach. Comfortable beds. Parking is limited and one night we return late and had to park down the beach at a friends. The security gating works great but bangs when people are careless. Kitchen does not have an oven but just enough for our vacation - I'd rather not be cooking all the time. Lot's of kids in the pool but there is also an adult pool that's lovely. And you can rent chairs and umbrellas as well as all kinds of sports stuff just out front.

Room Tip: Pool views are a bit exposed but if your kids are playing there it would be great

Just stayed here for spring break. The rooms have a full sized refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, and dishes, silverware, & pots and pans. Even though we had a pool view room you could still see the beach/ocean from our balcony. Quiet part of the beach away from the college spring break crowd, but we had our college age son with us so we ventured down to Times Square so he could be among kids his own age. We enjoyed this resort, just hated the slow traffic heading to Times Square - not the resort's fault. Very friendly staff as well.

Got the last room as a walk in so paid the full price. The rooms are a bit dated for European taste but practical with a small kitchenette. We went shopping and made our own continental breakfast there for two mornings and they were the best breakfasts of the whole trip overlooking the sea and the wonderful beach.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly on check in and out.

The roads were chaotic, no fault of the hotel but a warning for anyone in a hurry, we queued every time we left the hotel grounds.

We booked a second floor room right on the beach. We could open the sliding glass door to our balcony, leave the screen door closed, and let the sound of the ocean lull us to sleep. This worked because the hotel is located mid island, where it is less touristy and quiet. Beautiful view from our balcony. Made coffee and tea in our kitchenette and watched the dolphins go by each morning. There are two pools, one adults only, but we used the family pool because it was closer to our room and there weren't a lot of kids there. The kids who were there were quiet and well behaved. Housekeeping wasn't prompt. A lot of times they didn't get to our room until early to mid afternoon, but that wasn't too big a deal since we were on vacation and didn't care, but if this type of thing bothers you, be aware. The ocean front room is worth the extra money.

Room Tip: Oceanfront rooms in the building with three floors are best, but be aware, no elevator. Stairs were...

Nice resort. Great view. Nice balcony. Housekeeping was not great , parking horrible....those would be only two complaints. Pools were very nice. First time to ft Myers beach was told fitness center was located at sister property did not realize sister property was miles away I assumed they were close. My fault for not asking needless to say we did not work out in their fitness center.

My wife and I loved our stay at this beach front resort. Friendly staff. Two pools, one for families with children, second for just adults. Clean, spacious room with king bed, separate family room, equipped kitchenette and large lanai/balcony overlooking 6 miles of gorgeous powdery white sand beach. Great escape from Chicago's never ending winter. Highly recommend.

Booked an inferior room on the internet and couldn't stay there. Stopped here luckily! Beautiful stretch of beach, lovely rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Hope to stay here again, love it! Not as congested as boardwalk area, feels more private. We have a kitchenette and all balconies have views of the water. You will love this place!!!
