This is of suite 1203. This is an East facing one bedroom condo. Room smelled very strongly of cleaners when we arrived. This was in the hallway off the elevator and permeating through the condo. We had to open the balcony doors and air things out before we could be comfortable. Advertised as a preminum condo, but I wasn't impressed. Countertops were laminate which isn't a big deal but not what you expect for that label. The biggest issue was the tub/shower. Strangest thing I've seen! There was a small 2 person tub/Jacuzzi that had a shower in it. The shower pointed along side the wall, not in the middle. Getting in and out was difficult and I'll young and healthy. If you have arthritis is any mobility issues, forget it. (See pics). The kitchen didn't have any kitchen towels, no cutting board and no bottle opener. Stove is electric and housekeeping didn't reattach the coils after cleaning before our arrival. Bed was ok unless you tried to cuddle in the middle and then you sank! Front desk less than helpful. No cash drawer for change and you have to go there to get pool towels! How odd! Positives:. We saw dolphins on multiple days right from our balcony. The entry and grounds were clean. Quick walk across the street to a beautiful state park. Watch the sunset from there! Trolley stop is also right there to go to Times Square. Much better than driving in the traffic. Location is at the quiet end of the strip which is what we wanted. I might stay here again but I won't rent through the management company. I'll find a private owner and ensure I know what I'm getting for my money.

This resort is in the best location -- within walking distance of Lover's Key State Park. You can kayak, hike, bird watch, swim in the ocean, or just lounge by the pool. Restaurant is right next door with many choices -- all good. A special shout out to the staff, Adrienne and Sarah, in particular -- thank you so much for all your kindness and gracious hospitality. No hotel has a nicer staff! You jumped through so many hoops to ensure our stay was amazing. We'll come back!!!! Condos are spacious, quiet, clean, and have lovely views. Go and enjoy!

Room Tip: Call the desk and ask for details of the different room types.

We rented a one bedroom condo #405 from a private owner Gloria. She is very easy to work with. The condo’s king size bed was very comfortable. It is a nice quiet resort with great views of the bay. Everything is just as described on the Home Away site.

Love the location. Staff is great. Condos are spacious. We rent thru a management company and return yearly. Quiet and secluded. Pool is terrific. We would have given a 5, but there is one flaw. Guests can smoke on the balconies of this Smoke Free Property. We had a smoker right below us. Breakfast on our balcony got quite smokey daily. Then he switched to cigars. Our management company does not allow smoking anywhere on the property. We are non-smokers and are sympathetic to smokers, but there are plenty of outdoor areas where they can smoke.

Poor service at check in. Staff did not explain or help with questions about resort. Parking is a major issue. Numerous times saw patrons for Flippers park in resort. There is no private beach. It’s is across the highway in the public beach for $2 fee.
