For all the hype we were given by others at our resort we expected something pretty darn good here. We were less than impressed when we left. The service was very friendly and the bread was good. It went downhill from there. My fried shrimp were about the same quality I would expect from a Long John Silvers or other fast food place. However, the mashed Yukon Gold potatoes were pretty tasty and the corn was pretty good too. My son's hamburger was inedible- obviously burned on a dirty grill- but the fries were okay. My wife's chicken sandwich was dry, and had little taste while her vegetables were mediocre. The final straw was the lack of their key lime pie on the night we were there. I had heard great things about it and they were sold out.

While the service was very friendly and relatively quick, the quality of the food will have us look elsewhere in the future.

We ate there our last night at FMB. This place is just across the bridge on the left. I had read good reviews on the FMB forum. My husband had one of the specials. I can't remember what it was called but it was a large bowl with King crablegs, shrimp, oysters, mussels, clams, kielbasa, corn on the cob and potato in their "famous broth". It was excellent. It cost $24.95 but was well worth it. He enjoyed it very much. I had baked stuffed shrimp and scallops. It was good. The service was excellent. The place is dated but they have fish tanks along one wall in the diningroom and watching the fish was fun.
