My wife and I live locally and eat here occasionally. She loves the fresh gazpacho soup - fresh tomatoes and other vegetables make this a well-prepared appetizer. I enjoyed the wedge salad appetizer. The Manhattan clam chowder is rather bland, however - go with another soup if that is what you are after. (Hey guys - it's Southwest Florida - how about putting a good seafood gumbo or spicy conch chowder on the menu?!) For the main course, I ordered a grouper special, which was not so good. I may be mistaken but the grouper didn't seem fresh - it seemed as if it were frozen. Compared to other local eateries like Doc Fords on Fort Myers Beach, or Skip One I can't say that I'd order it again here. Fellow diners seemed to enjoy the oysters and shrimp. Our server was attentive and helpful. If you are at Bell Tower and looking for a good meal, Blue Pointe could work out - but it seems a bit hit or miss.
