The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa area was very nice. The fan for the air conditioner was very noisy.
To judge this little motel along side a true 5 star hotel it would obviously not come close. But when you book you know what you are going to get and the meet and exceeded our expectations.
All the staff were beyond friendly and made our two night stay very easy.
The spring is a peaceful place to enjoy a coffee and while out side of the Fort Myers town it is an easy drive to beaches and shops.
The only down side was the room had a musty smell but nothing beyond the usual for this of style hotel.
This was an older motel, but pretty well maintained. The rooms were average , but could have been a little cleaner.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made the stay much better.
The breakfast was the worst of all stays we've ever had. Our first day there was no orange juice (mind you , this is Florida). There was apple juice: and orange for sale. other items were stale bread (no bagels or muffins. Service was extremely slow (because se did not want to pay for a real breakfast - I guess. There were no donuts, so they brought out FROZEN ones. They stop breakfast at 9 am, even on weekends. Even though severed in a full service restaurant, they closed free rolls and cereal any 9 sharp.
There is a Tiki bar, which appears to be busy, but a little noisey late at night. Askk for a room farther away, which does help. They have a neat court yard, with a natural spring. Really interesting place.
We would stay there again, if they straighten the breakfast and clean the room a little.
Again, the front dest staff were far above normal.
