The terrible reviewers each have only one review, this one. This drags down the overall rating. This is a new bright attractive Cantina with happy hour in the restaurant and bar until 7 pm that's a huge draw. Food is very tasty, fresh chips and salsa. Table side guacamole needs to go back in the kitchen. Young kids in tee shirt do the prep. Not very attractive or professional. Also for $11 put in 3 avocados not 2 , their version of fajitas can serve 2, they bring as many pancakes as you need. It is a soupy mix served in a hot rock cauldron, do not touch the rock. The flavors really explode. A few service kinks but this place will be a winner

“Fun atmosphere and good food”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

Went on a Saturday and it was very busy, and loud. We were told there was a 45 minute wait for a table, so we grabbed seats at the bar. There were at least five open tables, that remained available for most of the time we were there, at least an hour and a half. Maybe they didn't have enough wait staff. Bobby and Phil at the bar were great. Friendly and quick to serve. The recommended ceviche was wonderful, very fresh and loaded with seafood. Most of the food is standard chain restaurant Mexican food, not authentic. Nice flavors and heat but too much sauce covering the plate. Generous portions at a fair price. The drinks are fun but not a large alcohol pour. Will be busy all season.

“Salado Pedro's is Awesome!”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

The servers were very friendly and personable and the service was extremely prompt. The food was delectable and fresh, served in ample quantities. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Ft. Myers. I wish there were a Salado Pedro's in Wichita, KS!

“All around amazing”
Reviewed August 26, 2013

My husband and I and our two friends and all of our children, dined in last night at salados'. First, the atmosphere is breath taking very clean, and beautifully decorated. Second, our server, Cassie, was just great. Very attentive, nice, and accommodated our kids better than any other server we've had. She even knew when to switch them from soda to water! Very impressive. Third, the food!!! Absolutely delicious. Very Flavorful and served promptly. Overall our experience was great and we will be returning to see Cassie! great job salado!

“Awesome drinks, fresh food, great service, best atmosphere”
Reviewed August 15, 2013

This place had an amazing atmosphere and was very upscale for a Mexican place. The hostess were very polite, and promptly showed us to our table, where I was greeted almost immediately by my server, with waters and chips in hand. (Which was amazing, because I was meeting friends fresh off of a flight from Minnesota) even though i drank the $5 house wine, happy hour featured something for everyone, from beer to margaritas & even shots. Nick seemed to know the menu inside and out, and left no question unanswered. My enchiladas were amazing and the portion was unnecessarily large, but that's not always a bad thing. I have been seasonal to the swfl area for years and strongly reccomend this place over any other local Mexican place, but if you have a family you might want to go a little early to avoid still being there for the late night crowd.
