A nice place, as we're used to with Bob Evans. Clean, friendly people, good quality food for a very reasonable price. What more can you ask for?

When you frequent a restaurant on a regular basis, you come to expect certain things that make you comfortable. At a time when people have less disposable income, restaurants, especially Bob Evans is no longer satisfied with your regular purchases. When coffee is more than $2.00 and the least expensive Breakfast entree on the menu is $7.00 or more, you can't get out of there under $10.00 for breakfast anymore.

As regular this is disturbing, because most people cannot afford to sped $50.00 a week on Breakfast. As if that weren't enough, you are asked to purchase the $5.00 soup, and now the latest is Bakery items.

On top of this there are these pamphlets that would have you become a track-able email member so BE can track what your purchase and try to get more out of you. The help is very uncomfortable asking these preponderant marketing questions, yet they fear losing their job more so.

Bob Evans isn't the only company practicing these new ideas to get more money out of the consumer, they're just far more conspicuous at it. It seems the food industry has lost all sensitivity to what consumers can afford in their attempt to recover market share, they want more money from each consumer and this is just unrealistic today.

The opposite is true when you consider all the things the fast food restaurants are doing to help consumers stretch their money these days. Dollar menus offering wide choices to help today's cash strapped consumer to make it till the day when they can afford more. Who deserves the future business of a consumer that will one day make more?

If Bob Evans, the founder, were to visit one of his stores today, I believe he would be appalled at the patent cupidity to put profits over good ole fashion customer service. I know I am.

I have always enjoyed eating here ever since it opened. As an Ohio native, Bob Evans was a local icon, so eating here makes me feel at home. You can always rely on a consistent meal at a good value. Especially great for breakfast, but also good for lunch and family dinners.

Our party of 15 had to wait about 10 mins for a table which is pretty good considering the Sunday morning crowd. Service was great. Restaurant seemed clean, staff was very friendly and food was delicious. Great value for money spent:) will go back
