The title says it all. Bland and boring food. Pretentious server. Overpriced for the amount of food. Went ten years ago and had the same experience. Had hoped it would have improved. Nope. Not going back.

My husband got the Surf & Turf and I got the Broiled Fish Platter. His steak was cooked well and had a great grill flavor, but didn't rest in the kitchen and bled when he cut into it. His Mahi-Mahi was bland and dry. My Scallops were awesome, but the grouper and the stuffed shrimp were under seasoned. I ended up taking the stuffing out of the last one. Overall everything was cooked well but very under seasoned. I added salt to everything.

We met with friends of ours at the Prawnbroker for dinner recently. I thought the place looked a bit dated but maybe that's how they like it. Our friends said that it looked exactly like it had when they'd visited ages ago.
We did enjoy great Caesar salads. Our appetizer of escargots were delicious as well. My tilapia with crab stuffing, I just wasn't a fan of. The haddock was good and the crunchy grouper was enjoyed quite a bit.
Service was fine. During dinner my husband had something bite him on the leg and when we got home he had two bloody marks where he'd felt it.

On recommendation of the desk clerk at the Hilton Garden Inn, we stopped in for dinner! Our waitress was great!!! (That helped make the meal!) We were on a 30-day excursion and this was in the top 2-3 meals we had. The food was great!!! Would definitely return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lots of fresh fish. It was tasty and not overly pricey. Wine list is rather limited. Would go again.
