We found this place while looking for another Italian restaurant that had, we discovered, closed. A lady in front of Publix told us about this place and we loved it. Very friendly, large quantities of top-notch Italian food, very good service. The place looks lousy from the outside, but is homey and clean inside. A nice, family-run retaurant like the ones I love in Boston. Highly recocmmended.
We had the manicotti and the penne bolognese. The salad was just the right size. The dressing was home-made and so good that I was going to buy a bottle until my wife checked the fat content-oh well, it tasted terrific. Bread was nicely warmed. House merlot was deelicious, so much that we bought a bottle.
If you want fancy, go somewhere else. This place was terrific
