Poor management as usually too many staff on a shift meaning when tips are split the staff is suffering. Manager must not know what is going on with scheduling and training. Food is good but comes out way too slow. Beer is good and cold. Someone needs to infuse personality into the place as a sports bar/ BBQ is supposed to be about friendliness. If they don't change this whole attitude the place will go out of biz which is a shame as could be great.
