What a wonderful way to celebrate my mom's birthday - we left feeling like they were family. The tea was delicious - the food was wonderful and the service superb. Bonnie even sat down with us and shared some tea and lovely stories on how the Wisteria Tea Room came to be.

Perfect place for luncheon -- even thinking of hosting small event!

Just far enough outside of downtown to feel like you've gone on vacation; surrounded by perfectly manicured garden and giant blooming trees, this historic home with huge picture windows has been perfectly and lovingly restored to a lunch-only restaurant that serves tantalizing home-made soups, salads, sandwichs, and even some comfort food! Did I forget to mention the entire menu of tea? Hot or cold, the teas are exotic and delish. Great for a special occassion or just to get out of the office for a "midday vacation."

Slightly off the main path of Downtown Ft Myers, the Wisteria Tea Room sits in a restored 1920s house, just one block north of Fowler.

Between the warmth of the owners & coziness of the old home, it truly feels like you're going to a friend's house for a relaxing get-together vs. eating at a restaurant. Once you enter, the whole world seems to disappear and this little slice of heaven is all that matters.

The food is consistently outstanding. I've literally had every item on the menu and there isn't a single item on there I wouldn't have again. And then there's the teas. Bottomless tea pots. She usually has ~15 (maybe more?) teas available at any given time and you're encouraged to try different ones during your stay. Some of them are a bit on the unusual side but very much worth trying. Others are more traditional. All of them are good.

Swing by and give it a try, but be warned -- you'll be hooked.

My husband surprised me for my birthday and took me to the Wisteria Tea Room & Cafe, I really enjoyed going to Tea. Everything that was served was delicious, the tea was brewed to perfection and the service was great. I highly recommend this place, especially if you enjoy the whole idea of TEA!
