The staff is wonderful. They treat you like you're family. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms are super clean. Certainly a great place to stay and so close to the 75. As busy as the area is, it's peaceful and quiet in the evening. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is by far the best all around, especially the staff!!!!!

Working in the area we currently had the need of 6 to 8 rooms each week for the last 3 months. It's right off I-75 & Colonial Blvd. We can go anywhere from here fast which saved fuel costs from our bottom dollar.

We got an outstanding value from our room rates with additional items we never expected. Clean rooms, fitted sheets, mini fridge, clean towels, heated pool, work out room, free wi-fi.

The breakfast included in our room rate is FANTASTIC - Whole or 2% milk, Hard boiled eggs, 4 types of cereal, 4 types of muffins, pan cakes, scrambled eggs or cheese omelet, sausage patties or links, bacon and the Best Sausage Gravy and Biscuits around. More... Bagels, cream cheese or jam, Apple Juice, OJ, Tea and coffee. Saves the guys from having to stop and get breakfast which saves the company money.

We work in the Fort Myers area a lot and stayed in many hotels. This is the best value for our money and we plan to always sign in here. I've never worked with a better management team or had a more friendlier staff that actually took the time to understand our needs and work with us in obtaining them.

Room Tip: Call well in advance and be pleasant on the phone.

If you’re headed for Ft. Meyers, you likely already know the endless glories of the weather, the attractions, the sights, and much else—so I’ll keep this brief: reasonable prices for comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious, and attractive rooms; add to that the well-known free hot breakfast—plus a congenial and helpful staff—and you might have what you’ve wanted after a long day on the road and/or visiting everything. We chose this, too, for access to major highways, plus the convenience of a mall across the street, and the options of many restaurants. You’ll be glad that you got what you wanted, including some time to simply relax.

I have never written a letter like this, but willing to try. My grandson and I registered at your hotel/motel on June 13 as he was entered in a 3-day baseball camp in Ft. Myers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and it was mainly because of your employees. You have great desk clerks, especially Ute. She helped us with directions, remembering places to eat and extending our "stay" on two occasions. The other two clerks were very good. The breakfast every morning was excellent. The lady out front kept everything fresh and attractive. The room and bathroom were well kept and clean. This was one of the nicest "stays" I have ever had in a hotel.
Sincerely,
John McReynolds
PS-You said candid!! So here goes. The tall attractive lady in the office to the right as you enter the hotel was very friendly with the customers and seemed to be on "top" of everything going on. Your Holiday Inn Express is lucky to have this kind of employees.

This is just like a "home away from home".

My business travel takes me to Ft. Myers often and this is my choice location.
Initially the choice was geographic; however, it is now due to the staff and how well they treat me AND every other guest.

It is obvious that the team is well trained to make guests feel welcome.

From Sean, to Lucie, to Uta, and now Kathy; the team is OUTSTANDING!

One of the worst place I've been as far as customer service.
Employees are so un-friendly at all.
no personality and they should not be in hospitality business because they just don't
know how to treat customer right specially if you come from out of town and here on business.
Nice room but hallways are so small. No fridge or Microwave in King Room, they never told me that it's only available in Queen Suite. They told me you can't even request one.
I WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AGAIN!!!
