This is our first time her in Ft Lauderdale and my husband and I had 3 teenage daughters with us. We had a 2br/2ba condo that was excellent. Our view was the intercoastal which I highly recommend for view over the ocean and noise. Try to get a high floor. Seeing all the homes and boats along with the lights at night is awesome. Best location on the beach. Everything is at your disposal and this is the hot spot of the area. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 is because the elevators and parking. All the review about the slow elevators and the parking garage is TRUE! Plan on extra time when leaving cause there is no such thing as getting a elevator quickly, you will wait a long time! Parking is small and tight and watch for the crazy drivers. There is not much room on the corners to pass. I would come back here and also to this location again. The condo was great and steps away from the beach is awesome!

Room Tip: Inter-coastal, high floor, away from the AC fans on the roof

We are frequent guests at Marriott properties and if we could, we would rate this property with 10 stars thanks to the amazing attention to detail and friendliness of the staff and management! A special THANK YOU to Manager Jill Munas for her efforts to make this trip special not just for us, but for the many people we met while vacationing here! These extra details are especially amazing given that we are visiting during prime spring break vacation! The rooms are spacious and VERY CLEAN. And the staff takes a sincere interest in making sure your every need is met! You awake to "good morning" from David, a wonderful concierge. The front desk staff, particularly Matt, always went out of their way to make sure that we had enough blankets and pillows. This property is in a great location for not needing a car! The pool and daily activities are lovely. This property is very welcoming for all age groups. We HIGHLY recommend this property!

Room Tip: All rooms are truly lovely!

I have stayed here several times. Location is great. Rooms are great. Elevators are few and slow. Parking sucks. It's nice by good restaurants & beach. Was WAS TOO NOISY but I guess that is what we endure with college spring break kids. They need to improve pool bar/grill. Way too small and no real seating. I'd go back but I have reservations

We stayed 5 nights at the resort using destination points. Perfect location across from Fort Lauderdale beach and with tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance
We had a 2 bedroom villa on the 19th floor facing the waterway with spectacular sunset views. Right around the corner was the rooftop lounge with gorgeous ocean views. A great place to watch the sunrise
Our room was very quiet
Cons: the elevators are slow and crowded at times but you just need to be patient. On vacation time, not in a hurry. Parking garage has tight spots. We went to the top and there was plenty of room
Wie will definitely stay here again next time we are in south Florida.
Make sure you eat at CasaBlanca Cafe. Great food and beautiful view.

My sister and I, both in our forties, spent one week in a 2 bedroom oceanfront villa. The condo is beautifully renovated and very clean. The view was spectacular. However, getting in and out of the parking garage took about 5 - 8 minutes. The street/beach noise was very loud, especially at night. Also, the elevators were very slow. If you are looking for beach access and a party scene, this is the place. If you want peace, stay in your beautiful condo with earplugs.

I stayed with my sister and best friend at the Marriott BeachPlace Towers during our spring break in March 2014 for a full week. I booked through a company called Vacation Candy and was so pleasantly surprised by their services. They were completely transparent and responded to all emails within an hour or two, they sent a welcome package and made sure there were no issues with my reservation.
As for the resort - spectacular! I have stayed at many nice resorts with my family and this one exceeded all expectations. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay special. The pool area was gorgeous and the hotel is right in the middle of all the action. BeachPlace is actually a 3-level structure in front of the hotel with bars, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was spacious and very clean. We opted for the linen and trash service (recommended!) and loved our ocean-front room with the balcony. When I return to Ft. Lauderdale I will absolutely stay at BeachPlace Towers again

Room Tip: Choose a higher floor! BeachPlace is great - but if you're trying to go to sleep early the city...

We are owners of this time share by Marriott and did not go there for quite a while, as we were not really happy with this place anymore. We were in for a surprise! The rooms have all been refurbrished totally. What an upgrade ! Everything els ehas bee renovated, too, including the once shabby entrances from the Parkdecks.Compliments !
