We ended up at Coconuts based on a recommendation one afternoon during our stay over 4th of July weekend. We sat outside on the water and the place was packed for the entire 3 hours that we were there. Although it was raining they had a nice covered and fan misted area to stay cool. We started with scoobies (crab claws in evoo and herbs) and smoked fish dip. Both were great! While we waited for our friends I had a bloody mary, which was good but turned to all water about halfway down (too much ice?). Hubby had the crab cake BLT and he said it was delicious. I ordered a salad special of the day with arugula, watermelon and grilled shrimp (would highly recommend). Our server was good for the most part (was hard to track down after a while probably because they were so busy). Two days later we returned again for another long lunch since we knew we couldn't go wrong. The people there are very friendly and it is a casual laid-back atmosphere. The fish tacos were delicious and the comfort bowl (crazy mac and cheese with choice of sausage or chicken) was perfect. I honestly do not think you could go wrong with anything on their menu and the prices are reasonable for the area. With a drink and 2 entrees you can have lunch for around $50 - $60. We are pretty picky eaters and do not eat out much because it is usually a waste of money but I feel that this place is a gem and can't wait to return!
