Parker Playhouse is an unusual venue. It is designed somewhat like a wide horseshoe so that every seat can easily see the stage. I still prefer center stage when possible. The distance from the stage doesn't much matter. The parking is as convenient as possible for downtown Fort Lauderdale. Best of all, the seats are very comfortable. It does not have the shows as the Broward Center. The favorite show we saw was Golda's Balcony. It was a one woman show during which blew out the house.
