Started out with oysters and was very surprised how fresh they were. Everyone had a great meal, from skirt steak to shrimp and grits to a voodoo burger that was unreal.Washed it down with some Albrita beer which was a treat. Staff was very helpful in selections and pleasant.
Prices were very fair which of course added to the enjoyment. This is about as close to Nawlins food you will get without leaving the area.

We loved it!! Being from Dallas, we have not found the food to be up to our liking at many places in SE Florida. But this place is awesome with just the right spice and the oysters are awesomely prepared!!

We were visiting Ft Lauderdale with the kids and couldn't have been happier to find this place. There was something for everyone and everyone cleaned their plates. Oysters were fantastic both raw and fried. My fave was the blackened mahi. Everything was very reasonably priced. The decor was perfect cajun themed and very nice. The service was great and the staff was very helpful with info about the area. We left wishing place was in Colorado where we live.

Oysters always good, but the "Dirty Bird" blackened chicken was off the hook. The grilled onions were caramelized and the provolone was melted just right. The best was the new draft addition of "Andy Gator", similar to Bud, but better. Same amber color, but with a note of sweetness. The kicker is an EtOH of 8.0%. The Saints are no longer the Ain'ts. There have been many cajun restaurants in Lauderdale, but this place is the only one to last. The food is almost as good as being in NOLA, and the have abita on draft.
