Excellent place to visit. Top notch service. The restaurants were quite nice. The room service was excellent. On the beach. What more can you ask for. I look forward to visiting this location again in the spring. Beautiful view.
I was expecting a little better performance for a Hilton property. The attention to detail at this property was certainly lacking. The curtains in our room did not operate at all which caused somewhat of a privacy issue. The toilet paper dispenser fell off the wall and some of the wallpaper was peeling off. Though these details seem to be minor in nature, you would expect the attention to detail of a Hilton property to be aware of these issues. I will say the view from the room was outstanding and the room itself appeared clean and in good order.

Had a lovely time in fort laurderdale at the Hilton. The guys on reception where amazing and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to kitchen suite apartment. Don't worry about the yellow water in the jacuzzi! 😳Apparently it's perfectly ok, iron in the water. Perfect spot, would definitely go again.
Stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Room had a wonderful view and was very spacious with a really comfortable bed. I was slightly surprised that the fully fitted kitchen did not have any cutlery, dishes, glasses or pots, in fact was completely empty. The breakfast was delicious, freshly cut fruit, pot of coffee or tea, plenty of choices for cooked or continental breakfast and a station where omelettes and eggs were cooked to your choice. Staff were very friendly although the house maids continually failed to re-stock the coffee pods in the room. The worst aspect is it costs $40 per night for your car to be parked. The hotel explained this was a separate company that ran this but the cost is completely excessive.
Have been trying to get a promised return phone call from someone at the hotel about a incorrect $150.00 fee that appeared on my bill. Two days s later and have yet to receive that promised return phone call. I have reached out twice.
