This is our second stay, the first being wonderful. This visit, not so much...2 elevators out of 5 were working our entire 7 night visit(reported), housekeeping on our floor not so good (reported)...pool cold (reported)...one hot tub working (reported) even though all our issues were reported, none were resolved. Hotel needs lots of cosmetic work updated. Assistant director did phone us and offer a reduction in charges however.
We would like to apologize for the variety of inconveniences that took place during your stay at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. We will certainly be addressing each department to prevent these issues from happening in the future. However, we are glad one of our assistant directors was able to reach out regarding your issues. We found a the greatest spot yet to hang out for our 11th anniversary!! The room layout and the amenities was fabulous. Come on down because the price is right and the weather is hot!! The view and the beach were just steps away. Great Hilton staff.
We stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach recently during a 24hr lay over in FL, the hotel is in a great location and has excellent facilities for enjoying the sunshine!
We were upgraded on arrival (thank you!) so we enjoyed a fantastic view of the beach and sea.
Had a very good stay in October with very clean room. Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that could use improvement is that the hostess for breakfast was too busy talking on the phone to seat people which caused a line. Also, breakfast doesn’t start until 8:oo am so if you have an early flight, you cannot get breakfast. Would hope they consider changing that.
Forward facing Junior Suite. Awesome! The staff was just wonderful and so helpful. Ruth was the guest services person that checked us in. We arrived early so of course had to wait for the suite. Just returned from a cruise so put leisure clothes on top of bag and changed at the hotel. Lovely day on the pool deck while waiting. Only one night....wish it could ave been longer! Would absolutely go back! The restaurant that part of the hotel is verrrry good also.
