Our recent 3-night stay at this luxury hotel right on the beach was excellent: the comforts of home in a fully equipped 1-bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront suite on a high floor with unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean from the wraparound balcony. The hotel has great amenities, many restaurants and bars, a gourmet shop, a great pool deck and fitness facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are 100% happy with our stay.
Location was the best thing about this hotel. Beautiful deck, nice pool. Reasonable workout room. Service was erratic. The valet was quick the first time. Super slow the next (as it turned out after I checked the second time they had brought my rental car up, but no one bothered to tell me), and next, and next. For what they charge it should be alot better. I was out most of a day, got back at about 4 and was about to shower when the cleaning service showed up. They seemed quite put out and even called my room. One elevator was out much of the time. Oh, and they had a (as it turned out false) fire alarm. Very lackadasical response with the front desk continuing to check people in, and no one I saw making any effort to get people out. Glad it was not a real emergency. If you are a light sleeper avoid the very noisy 6th floor. Maybe this sounds worse than it was. Great location, good size rooms though my floor was noisy, middling service.

Location is right on A1A facing the ocean. The oceanfront suites are large, comfortable and have a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. The suites have full kitchens but no kitchen tools whatsoever. No pots, pans, dishes, utensils, nothing, so why have a kitchen. Full size refrigerator is nice.
Check-in was an average experience but the clerks are difficult to hear in a noisy lobby.
Honors gold & diamond members receive complimentary breakfast. Breakfast buffet has all the standard offerings with a nice variety of hot or cold items. Choice of indoor or outdoor seating is nice, support staff is first rate.
The 6th floor bar is also very nice staffed by friendly, attentive bartenders.
The pool area is beautiful, overlooking the ocean with two whirlpools, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, attendants and waitstaff.
The property is a bit of a walk from most of the Ft Lauderdale "strip" restaurants and bars. You can get anywhere with Uber for only a few dollars.
Overall, a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location with a friendly, helpful staff.
At checkout I had a dispute with my bill which was handled very poorly by the hotel, finally taking two months and my credit card company to get it resolved. Leaving a bad taste for the administration.
This is probably one of my favorite Hilton hotels I have ever stayed at. It is a large hotel and was very busy because of the air show, but the staff was wonderful. Loved the large room with an amazing ocean view. It was very quiet in the room and had a nice little kitchen area. Pool area was very busy but the staff was able to find my wife and I two loungers in the adult area. Would stay again!
