“Good Meal, Great Restaurant”
Reviewed May 20, 2007

Went to Seasons 52 for the first time for lunch. The menu had some of the dinner selections and another set for lunch that were more reasonably priced.

I started with the crimini mushroom and wild rice soup. It was good, had a very strong mushroom flavor (Obviously), but not a whole lot of flavor.

The cedar plank salmon with new potatoes, carrots and asparagus was very good. The salmon was great and had a broiled lemon half that provided good flavoring. The potatoes needed a little salt and the asparagus were execellent. The carrots had great flavor and just as a heads up they do not entirely peel them which might surprise some.

The rocky road dessert was excellent, chocolately, rich and delicious.

The service was good, not as great as I've come to expect, but not really lacking by any means. Only complaint was that the soup took almost 15 minutes to come and midway through it they brought the entree. The runner saw this and asked if I wanted them to hold the food, which was appropriate and nice.

Overall I love the restaurant, the food is consistently good and the minor slip up can be easily fixed as time goes on.

“Impressed”
Reviewed January 9, 2007

My wife and I stumbled upon this place December 1 during a two-night pre-cruise stay. Very impressed with the atmosphere, the service, and the food. In fact, we went back the next night. This is a new favorite for us.

Beautiful place, by the way.
