My wife and I stayed there for a pre-cruise vacation. Stay was very enjoyable, quiet, peaceful, and great staff. The location was fantastic with the beach a mere three minute walk and the strip less than a quarter of a mile. The Inn does not include breakfast but the staff is very friendly and the fenced in pools with lush vegetation all around made it a very relaxing spot to lounge about. This is more like a motel but much nicer with some guests staying for months at a time, so you know it is a nice place. i would highly recommend staying here/

This was our family's third stay.Low-key and feels like home with similar amenities.. Excellent location.Beats the high-priced hotels hands-down.The staff is great, especially Geraldo.T can offer good advice on where when to go places. They bend over backwards to insure your comfort.

Room Tip: Get a room/suite with a kitchen and go shopping. You'll save a ton vs. the high-priced restauran...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Granada Inn for a friend's 40th birthday celebration. It was a random, last-minute trip and we were just happy to be in sunny FL in March, but our stay at the Granada Inn made it that much more enjoyable. The rooms are adorable and just a block from the beach. The staff was awesome, very helpful and super nice, even with an unexpected room change. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone going to Ft. Lauderdale.

My sister was visiting from out of town and this was about the only place that offered accommodations under $400 a night. We were told that all they had available was their "best room" which was the Penthouse. Strange since the entire stay they had the Vacancy sign out.

The property and the room have seen better days. The hot water was hit or miss, either was steaming one moment and ice cold the next. It was reported and the front desk (which is about the only good thing I can say about the Inn) promised prompt attention to the issue with the system, Hot water was supplied by an On Demand unit which is great if they are set properly, but this one seemed to cycle between steam and ice; It was never fixed. The bathroom itself was in dire need of an update, a four blub unit vanity light above the sink had only one bulb. Was this one of their energy saving efforts or just poor service? And the parking spaces are to be used with caution. If you drive anything larger than a Mini Cooper the sides of your car will be in grave danger. The spaces are about 2/3's the size of a normal parking space.

Not quiet sure how they call themselves a B&B since I thought that stood for Bed and Breakfast. We had the bed alright but if they included a breakfast it was a well kept secret.

Obviously this was not a happy reunion and unless you are not very particular about where you stay then you most likely would be very happy here, if your standards are above a Motel 6 then take a pass.

Room Tip: Choose another hotel.

Inn keepers were kind and helpful, room was spacious, so low key and quiet, away from the strip but still a block from the beach. My boyfriend and I really could not have been happier with this perfect little oasis. Make sure you check out the rooftop, beautiful views and no one was ever up there! It was like we had the place to ourselves. Will def be coming back here for another winter escape from cold NYC.

Room Tip: I'd ask for a room on the 2nd level.

Great location to stay at close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the water taxi. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a reasonably priced location close to the beach, this is a great pick!

Reasonabely priced and with very good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a very nice roof terrace and access to two pools, none of which I tried as they were not heated. Cannot comment on breakfast as we had it elsewhere.
