My wife and I went here after hearing good things from other locals. We had passed it on several trips and felt that it was time to give it a try for lunch. Good move. Had conch fritters to start followed by conch chowder (small bowl) accompanied by Bimini bread. Nice and spicy. Split a key lime pie. Great taste and portions. Even better with beer (although you can get up to a $400 bottle of bubbly). Feels "comfortable in its clothes" inside; not like some restaurants that try to manufacture what they think visitors expect as an old Florida feel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Upstairs is open air overlooking Federal Highway. Can't speak to the BBQ, but will give that a try next time. Extra parking across the side street next to the Zodiac store. Definitely a place you want to go back to.
