My husband loves all Arby's restaurants, but I am very particular about cleanliness, fragrance , food preparation and service. After the first time I ate there, several years ago, I "rang their bell", and I have not stopped ringing it on each subsequent visit, indicating we were very pleased with everything. The only thing, and it was my fault, was I should have asked them to hold the thousand island dressing in my Reuben sandwich, since it was "icky tasting" when heated with the meat and saurkraut. The ambiance there is unlike any Arby's we have ever been to before or since as well, with attractive booths and stylish beverage/condiment station. We always enjoy our experiences there and it's inexpensive!
