“nice beach with cafes nearby”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

Beach has convenient parking, restaurants, restrooms, a playground and wide sandy beach...could not ask for more. In the spring is a bit rowdy with spring breakers..but other than that a nice beach for families.

“Bountiful Beach”
Reviewed April 14, 2014

Las Olas Beach was serving up the sun, sand, and surf in mid April when we visited. We used the sun trolley to get there, which was wise. The Tortuga Film Festival was an upcoming event and had taken half the beach for staging and an entire parking lot for vendor and Porta Potty space. So the Sun Trolley dropped us off closer to Las Olas saving us some walking and much congestion. There were five tankers waiting offshore for us to look at. Kids were swimming and wave jumping. The need for a bathroom sent us looking for a bar/restaurant across the street where we could buy access to one. Odd there are no changing rooms with rest facilities.
Soft serve was available across the street, sold by the ounce. Try the capppucino or thin mint!
You can buy kick boards, towels, or chairs across the street as well. And drinks - cold and pretty.

“beautiful beach with city nearby!”
Reviewed April 11, 2014

Sand, waves, cleanliness, flags to warn of danger.
After enjoying beach, shower and walk downtown!
Or take fun city trolley.

“Spring Break”
Reviewed April 6, 2014

More skin than you have ever seen. Use sun block. Traffic jam, so park and walk. Tons of interesting people. Sea side open resturants, so you will not starve.

“Beautiful views ”
Reviewed April 4, 2014 via mobile

This beach is beautiful. Well kept and clean. Hotel restaurants close by for a nice quick meal on the beach. Great for the family to enjoy the water and sunbathe.
