We called the shuttle at the airport, but the lines were busy. I even called Red Carpet Headquarters and they tried to get through, but couldn't. The driver finally showed up, just as I called Uber. He realized the phones were busy so he drove the route to pick up guests like me who were waiting so long.
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a microwave and fridge, which was handy.
The only negative is the shuttle coming from the cruise port. After 1.5 hours and calling Hermes Shuttle several times, a bunch of us cruise passengers decided to take Taxi/Uber. Unacceptable. You would think that at peak times like these they would have more shuttle/staff. Not sure I would stay here again for the inconvenience. I would rather pay more so that I don't stand at the airport/cruise port waiting.More
