“Great family hotel”
Reviewed January 18, 2014

We booked this hotel after have read all positive reviews from Tripadvisor. And this was indeed such a very nice experience. From the moment you checkin, the owners make you feel so welcome and during the whole stay they provided best possible service. On the last day, we had a late flight home and asked if it was possible to have a bit later check out. No problem what so ever, they offered us a new room for the day (since they had it available) and amazingly at no extra cost, which of course is very unique. So thanks to this, we could also enjoy the very last day of our vacation and hang by the hotelpool. Another thing we want to share is that we forgot our son's ipad in the room when we left to Sweden. Instead of sending it by dhl, the owners were so kind and drove all the way to Juniper and back to hand the ipad over to our Swedish friend who was there on vacation and would fly back to Sweden the following day. This favor says everything about these guys- they really put in all their efforts to provide a fantastic service. The room we stayed in (102) is perfect for a family, with full kitchen, two double beds, big tv etc and the hotel is very close located to the beach. The standard is good and the room clean and very well taken care of. Don't expect luxury, but do expect comfort, fantastic service, good location and value for money! We will for sure stay here again!

Room Tip: Room 201 and 301 have the best view of the sea, however also 202 and 302 do see the water. Room 102...

This hotel will for sure surprise you as it did my family and I. Hotel is right across from the Ft. Lauderdale beach! Its not beach side but its close enough. Finally, a pool that is always clean! We had a room with 2 doubles, a flat screen, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and another bedroom with 2 double beds for our 3 girls. This was one of my favorite places to stay in deed. The staff was friendly, free wifi, and computers if need as well as movie rentals. Cant go wrong here at all.

Room Tip: Affordable family stay without the let down. Get a bottom level room to walk out to pool area.

This is our second time staying here before our cruise. We love that it is so close to the beach and to Hugh Taylor State Park. There are inexpensive restaurants a couple of blocks north. We felt very safe walking nearby. What we really love is the owners who go above and beyond to ensure you have a good visit. Both Fred and Mario made us feel very welcome. Can't wait for our next visit!

Room Tip: Book early. We made last minute travel plans and the larger rooms were already booked.

Have been staying here for several years now. Full kitchen (with supermarket 1 mile away). Big sized room with big beds, big t.v. pool on-site parking walk to everything including 1/4 block to ocean. Great family hotel or very comfortable for a single (me). Quiet, clean and being improved on and updated contunually by the family that owns/runs it. VERY accommodating folks at that. Always are. Even will send out mail for you. Thoroughly cleaned everyday. Grounds and property kept up year round. You won't find a better value nor as much for the dollar as you will here. Very well worth the time and investment of any stay you could hope for. No restaurant review they don't have one - don't need one as you have a full kitchen in most rooms. Plenty of eating places within walking distance (did I say around the corner/next block?). As ever, just cannot say enough about the hotel or the family/management.

Green Features: Recently did all windows on the property to be more energy efficient - and adds a higher level of quiet for cars that might be going by on this side street.

I first vivisted the hotel about 7 years ago, it was ok by then, but lately, they have been doing lots of things to renew the hotel. The paint and furniture in the rooms, the decor, new windows (which are sooo good to keep the little noise there is outiside, out), new air-conditioners, the swimming-pools has been climatized for the not so hot months and the reception has been rebuilt.
OH! and the beds are brand new and very comfy.
It was lovely to stay at the Premiere before, but is is a lot nicer now.
They were doing very well before, so it is very good to see that, inspite of that, they keep improving in order to give a better service and comfortable stay.
As always, it has been a pleasure to stay with them. Great owners and staff plus great conviniencies, make it a winner match!!

Excellent hotel a stones throw from beach. Very clean, large rooms with flat screen satellite tv with mega stations. Quiet area, no noisy hotels nearby.
Trolley stops in front of hotel, $.50 and take it south to las olas blvd or on main drag and take it to galleria mall, good sized mall with grocery store across street. Bonnet house short walk and water taxi is 15 min walk or take the trolley. Hotel staff very helpful, definitely returning. Taxi $23.00 from airport or $13.00 to pier. We even had free long distance phone calls!! Provided beach towels. Only suggestion, owners could seal connecting doors between rooms better.

During the first weeks of December we stayed at the Premiere Hotel. It was one of the most amazing experiences that ever happened to us. First of all because of the comfort of the rooms, they are big and all the stuff at your dispossal, inside is clean and useful. Then we have to mention the location, staying at 40 metres from the beach is a great deal, it's always calm and the fresh breeze is always around. And last, (but not least), we must mention the great warmness and generosity of the owners, Lucy, Federico and Mario, who made us feel as at home, as part of their family, which is priceless when you are far away from home.

P.S.: I still remember the wonderful barbecue we shared one evening at the yard of the Premiere!! I insist: you can't find that openess everywhere!! GRACIAS TOTALES!!!
