It is worth the drive to Ft' lauderdale to dine in this new restaurant, whose concept is farm to table. All produce is are organic, wild caught, humanely raised and locally sourced when possible. The food was delicious. We had ceviche your way or ours, butter poached lobster and antelope. The sides were also excellent. We selected parsnip puree, kale, and an amazing farro. For dessert we had monkey bread with cinnamon ice cream, it was similar to a bread pudding, very yummy. We thought the restaurant was fairly priced. You also have the option to have a chef tasting. I believe there was a 4 course, 6 course or 8 course menu. Or for an additional $!5 you may add a course. This restaurant also has a dining in the dark option if you book in advance. it is a very sensual experience I am told. it sells out every night. The wine list is excellent and well thought out from all regions. I will definetly turn on my friends and family to this place. bravo!
