“LImited menu with EXPENSIVE prices”
Reviewed April 28, 2013

This is not your typical Italian restaurant. They have a very limited menu, and their prices, are quite outrageous. Most of the dinner portions looked to be the size of an appetizer. I could not see paying $15.00 for a plain salad, or $57.00 for a strip steak--this is a place for high rollers.

“A beautiful place where anything can happen !!”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

Everything was delicious, from the spinach gnocchi to the MOST AMAZING TIRAMISU ever!!!
The place was full and the open kitchen too!!
We love that concept, a huge kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. Great ambiance, lovely people.
The manager present him self at the beginning of the evening and came back at the end to ask about our experience.
They are professionnal and definitly know the importance of the product they work with.

Congratualations to the sweet couple who seat next to us: Mike propose that night!!!!!!
Aurelia and Mike we wish you all the best xxx

A beautiful place where anything can happened!!!

“Italian Jewel”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

Food and service have always met or exceeded expectations and, this time the present hostess was friendly, gracious and welcoming...A great improvement since last visit! The scallop appetizer, branzino entree and decadent chocolate dessert were outstanding; the pinot grigio selected paired perfectly. Since the wine had just been added to their wine list, the sommelier served complimentary prosecco while waiting for the pinot to chill.
If you are looking to have an intimate romantic dinner, then you will find it noisy. Also, if you like pinot grigio, you would need to buy a bottle, at this time you would have to settle for vermentino or pinot gris by the glass.
Overall, creative and delicious...Definitely worth the time, calories and money!

“Consistently the best dining in Fort Lauderdale”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

If you know really good food and really good service, you will know that this place offers both. We have been at least 6 times in the past 3 months. It is always busy and deservedly so, the food is excellent. The bar area is small and crowded on the weekends but the bartenders are true mixologists. My partner commented, best Cosmo he had consumed in ages. There are a variety of excellent pasta choices...we love the Trophy Pasta, made with a white fish bolognese, loaded with seafood. Every night the chef has a variety of specials that night, some smaller plates for sharing and some mains which are simply superb. Save room for dessert, the pastry chef is a true artist. Wine list is broad but not overpriced. We have tried the other "starred Italian" spots in Lauderdale, but nothing comes close to this fantastic restaurant. He could easily be a Michelin 1 or 2 star.

“Fancy and Fabulous Italian Food”
Reviewed March 31, 2013

We were lucky to even get a table at this special restaurant. It was packed when we got there and when we left. John was our waiter. He was very helpful and really understood the menu and ingredients. Had the charred octopus as an appetizer and the guittara and crab special that night. My mom had the veal pasta and my sisters had the trophie pasta. We have wonderful Italian restaurants in Boston and this was in a league of it's own. Very fine food and service. Beautiful dining room and really luscious food. Very memorable experience.
