We authenticate the feeling and flavor, the absolute essence of Italy. Immerse your senses in layers of delicate and immediate flavor where a seat at the Chef’s Table requires a passport. Open your minds and prepare to embark on a culinary port of call to Rome, Tuscany, and Florence.Cozy and genuinely welcoming, we invite you into the warmth of an Italian kitchen where delicious meals are prepared just for you. Picture window views from our Fort Lauderdale restaurant overlooking the sparkling Intracoastal Waterway, making you recall a romantic evening on the banks of the Arno in Florence or even hint at a summer day in Cinque Terre. Our open kitchen and tableside preparation of freshly pulled bufala mozzarella celebrate the fact that enjoying authentic Italian cuisine – la cucina Italiana – begins with a visual feast of the finest ingredients in the hands of talented and enthusiastic chefs who tell the story of Italy plate by plate.

Da Campo Osteria has a wonderful appetizer of fresh mozzarella. The 'super' mozzarella arrives on at cart at your table in the form of curds and hot water. A chef, in our case, Raymond, makes the mozzarella table-side. It is amazing to watch this process and the end result is warm fresh cheese that is served with a number of different items - balsamic figs, pesto with roasted garlic and pine nuts, heirloom tomatoes and prosciutto, just to name a few. The entrees are all creative and the pasta is home made. Desserts are great too. And with the wonderful service, the entire experience is terrific.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Mozzarella made at your table is a mouth-watering experience we're still talking about. We stayed at the hotel upstairs and only planned to eat at this restaurant once during our visit, but it was so good we ate all our meals there.

Wonderful staff and wonderful food. Fairly priced. Have to try the tableside mozzarella - very well done. A nice little bar adjacent. Highly recommend. We shall be back.

My partner and I had one of the best dining experiences. So far the best Italian food in town, fresh pulled mozzarella, lobster tagliatel and pork belly combined with jumbo scallops was just insane. But the highlight of that night was the impecable service provided by Roberto. The knowledge and passion for food and wine just transpired through his words, congratulations! Roberto is definitely a plus. We consider ourselves regulars from now on.
