“Fun Day”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

This is my second trip to this location. Both times were a lot of fun and informative. We went with friends this time to see alligators and to see the Gator Boys from Animal Planet. We were not disappointed. The boat ride lasts about an hour and depending upon which captain you get, the information and commentary are informative and amusing. It was a very hot day, but the wind was blowing, so many of the birds we had seen on our last trip were in hiding. We saw a few alligators, but there were many more tour boats this time, so they were probably fewer gators to be seen. Our friends were avid fans of the Gator Boys show and one of the stars was in the alligator pen after our ride and put on a 10 minute show which was fun to watch and informative. Plenty of photo ops on the boat and also in the show.

There are also boat rentals and a boat launch there for public use. Small store with snacks and a gift shop and a small food stand to get some lunch.

“A perfect pre or post cruise excursion!”
Reviewed August 21, 2013 via mobile

What a fantastic way to end our summer cruise vacation. We purchased the tickets on-line and had no problems checking in. We only waited about ten minutes for our airboat. Capt. Arrrrmando was entertaining, informative, and very skilled at both finding gators and maneuvering the boat so everyone got to see them. We were on the water for just OVER an hour; we saw four gators, a variety of birds, and did three high speed runs. The gator show with Dave (I think) was also entertaining and informative. It was a great value. I'd go again.

“Awesome Park”

Its definatly worth the trip we saw lots of gators and other interesting wildlife on our airboat tour. The gator show was also really cool to watch the guys from GatorBoys interact with the gators and anwsered all of our questions. We were also able to take a picture with a baby gator.

“Good Times for Fans of Gator Boys”
Reviewed August 20, 2013 via mobile

My son is a huge fan of the Animal Planet show Gator boys so we decided to make the trip to Everglades Holiday Park on our vacation to FL. Having read many of the reviews good and bad I have to say if you love the show you will have a good time. The air boat ride is pricy and not super long but it is very enjoyable Anders saw a half dozen gators. The show is quick but entertaining. We met Ashley (who is super kind) and Chris from Gator Boys.

If we did not have the context of the show I think I would have felt differently about the $ we dropped on the experience but the smiles on my kids faces made the day.

“Did not live up to expectations”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

We were really looking forward to seeing the Everglades on our trip to Florida. According to the reviews this was a good experience and the concierge at our hotel said it was nice. The gentlemen that picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the Everglades was very nice, very friendly and very informative. The one hour airboat ride however was only 42 minutes long. I don't think we went even a mile into the Everglades as I kept a point of reference, the water treatment plant in view at all times. I was expecting more of the nature exploration part. We did see four alligators on our boat ride. The interaction with our captain and the bird was also very interesting. I enjoy watching the faces of the little children that were on our boat. They were amazed at everything they were seeing. Compared to how big the Everglades actually far, we really didn't feel we experience the Everglades On this airboat tour. There was a gentleman from Romania on our van and tour. He also felt that the van ride to the attraction was longer than the airboat ride itself.
