If you've never been to the Everglades this is a great introduction. You get the airboat ride, the stunning scenery, alligators (wild) and a show. The boat is enclosed so you aren't baking, and it's about an hour ride. All of the staff are volunteers who are animal tamers, naturalists, conservationists and work in the area. I was amazed at how glassy the water could be when the wind was blowing. The birds are amazing. John, our boat captain was great. Crazy lady who was wresting the alligator. Give her some kudos! All in all, an enjoyable time and learned a ton about what's real and not real on tv about alligators.
