What a wonderful way to spend a day with children of all ages, or an adult outing. This museum is completely hands-on interactive. It has areas for toddlers, as well. There are 2 iMax movies alternating daily. There is a flight simulator to Mars, you can fly your own spacecraft, and there is an airboat simulator ride over the Everglades. Plan on a full day adventure. If you are visiting with a family, definitely pay for membership. Membership gives you reciprocal admission to over 300 museums around the U.S.

The displays were fun and educational for the adults as well as my 6 year old son. The admission fee was reasonable. The interactive airplane cockpit games (free) and the flight simulator ($5) were the highlight for my family. It was like a museum, science center, mini zoo, and mini aquarium in one building.

My grandchildren ages 6.9 and 11 loved the interactive experiences. There was something for everyone! The newer gallery on the body and health was really interesting. Some of the interactive stations were not working. There was so much we didn't get to see. Worth another visit.

This is a wonderful museum for kids and adults. Lots of interactive exhibits. The best part though is the IMAX theater, saw a great movie about orphaned elephants and orangutans. And thanks to a great website called florida vacation auction, which I use all the time, you can go here (when available) and lots of other great places for a nice discount.

Museum is average, and there are a variety of interactive displays. Fun and educational, but not outstanding. I wouldn't go out of my way to go to the museum, but it is something fun to do on a rainy day, or if you have kids.
