My 7 1/2 year old loved this very interactive museum! Can easily spend two hours here. This is a great rainy day activity for Fort Lauderdale. FYI - they have reciprocity with several children museums around the country for free admission.

“Amazing Place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 31, 2013

We went to the Dinosaurs Imax 3D show. It was very educational and very nicely done. By the end of the movie we would thank Dinosaurs for their sacrifice to make path for the human beings. Museum was great and very educational especially for kids. A must go if you are in that area.

“Great fun for ages 2 through 85.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 27, 2013 via mobile

This was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. All of the exhibits are indoors, which was nice. Be sure to ride on the Everglades airboat ride. This museum had something for everyone. My 2 and 5 year old sons could have spent the entire day here. My husband and his 60 year old father loved the flight simulator, while my 85 year old grandma enjoyed "riding" to Mars.

“Exhibits are pretty neat”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 18, 2013

They have some really fascinating traveling and permanent exhibits. Even thought mostly geared towards the younger audience, there are still things to see of interest for those that might be curious. If you are in to IMAX movies, not just the documentaries this is the place to go...although the popcorn tends to always be stale.
