“Great shops, good prices”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

Nice shops, just a shame they close at 9 pm (we arrived at 8 pm) so we couldn't shop everything we wanted.

“Ok to visit if you are in the area... but”
Reviewed August 5, 2013

The outlet mall is not very big and the selection of stores is not that great. If you happen to be in the area is good but I wouldn't just do a special trip to visit.
While down in the area we decided to stop by and were able to find good value for items we were looking for. The Coach outlet was pretty good. The Bass store too, good value for the items.
The bathroom facilities were filthy and very poorly kept... stay away.

“Kind of lame for an outlet mall”
Reviewed July 20, 2013

not too many stores to shop compared to most outlet malls. This was good for parking and quick service, but didnt kill much time.

“Know your prices before you go. Not always a bargain here.”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

Let me begin by saying the name is misleading. This outlet mall is located in Florida City which is 29 miles from Key Largo which is considered the first of the Florida Keys for all practical purposes so it's anyone's guess why this place is called what it is. This is an open air mall with a reasonable selection of stores including GAP, Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Van Heusen, Bass and Izod. There are three new shops that have recently opened: American Eagle Outfitters, Reebok and the dreaded Crocs. Of the three, I only went into American Eagle which is geared toward the teenage to twenty-something crowd. Lovely things but like many of the other stores here WAY OVERPRICED despite the fact they are giving you what appear to be huge discounts. The worst of the culprits has to be Bass. I went in today to peruse the "Buy One Get Two Free" offer. Too good to be true? You bet. Since when is a pair of Bass Weejun Loafers $149.00 anywhere let alone at an outlet!!! On their own website, Bass is selling the same $149.99 loafers for $99.00 so definitely something amiss here even if it is allegedly three for one. I go into Bass regularly and watch the prices go up and down like a yo-yo depending on the latest offer and they are not the only ones doing this. Prices in the GAP store are oftentimes the same as or more than the 'regular' store at the Falls. The same with Levi's. I have seen Levi's jeans on sale in JCPenney for far less. Tommy Hilfiger is notorious for removing the price tags on merchandise on the 70% off rack so you haven't a clue what the price is. You can, however, find some deals. I usually get the best bargains when I use an e-mail coupon and am tenacious enough to trawl the clearance racks. I have found deals such as $3.00 for a GAP t-shirt and $5.00 for jeans but you have to be persistent and go regularly. For travelers coming from outside the US, the prices here will probably not seem outrageous as the same brands abroad can be many times the price here so I suppose it's all relative for them. The mall itself is clean and tidy with plenty of benches to sit and relax on and the restrooms are usually kept clean. There is a dire food court, three or four places to get something to eat and all of it looks questionable with the exception of Village Pizza which is decent pizza and reasonably priced if you get a combo deal. So to summarize: by all means, check this mall out but be sure and do your homework first.
