When I read about Si Como No and visited their website, my first thought was "quite an eclectic place"; and my first impression was not wrong. It's an interesting little step back into the 60's or 70's or 50's or "who knows when". It's definitely a colorful place, with furnishings and decor that look like they were plucked from a multitude of flea markets and garage sales. It was clean, even though old. The frig and microwave were quite rusty, and the TV was tiny (difficult for aged eyes to see). Shelly is very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues early on, but she was quick to take care of them. We also had ants in our unit which I managed to control with a can of bug spray. Seems our unit was the only one with that problem. Our room had one of the loft-type bed setups and this wasn't very comfy for this older couple; but that was the only one available on short notice for the Daytona 500 weekend. Shelly showed us the king unit before we checked out, and it was very nice and much larger than room 7 which we had. Si Como No is just your basic motel room with no frills and a friendly staff.
