My husband and I were visiting the Palm Coast area over Valentine's Day weekend on a sort of fact-finding mission to see if we would like to retire there. We were looking for somewhere to have dinner on Valentine's Day (a Friday night) and were happily surprised to walk right into Fuego Del Mar without a reservation. The atmosphere is nice, and gets rowdy later on. A fire pit outside hosts those who want to be a bit closer to the beach view out front. I think one of the managers served as our waiter; he was very attentive and friendly. My only complaint was with the food. I had chicken enchiladas. My husband had beef fajitas which he described as "ok." Both dishes had been drenched in some time of chili sauce. The refried beans seemed a bit bland. Overall, a nice place but I think they need to tweak the food offerings.
