“Good food, good service, good prices & great location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 12, 2014

What more could one want, food was very good, service well above average, inspite of the fact it was a very busy friday night
and all at a reasonable price. We would have loved to eaten outside but it was just to cold...we will be back

“Enjoyed our meal along the beach with great friends”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 12, 2014

In a span of 3 days, we had a meal here twice. We ate inside for our evening meal on our first visit, and had an o.k. beach/ocean view. We returned for lunch 2 days later and ate on the outdoor deck. You can't beat this place for eating right on the beachfront. I loved the very light breading on their shrimp and scallops...and their broccoli slaw was also very good. For lunch, I had a fish sandwich and the piece of Haddock was huge and very good.

“Big Pleasant Surprise!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 11, 2014

We were stopping at the Flagler Pier for breakfast on our way to the Daytona 500. We had been there several year before and were not expecting much, just a typical breakfast. When we walked in we immediately knew that the restaurant had changed owners. There is a modern, beach décor that was really awesome. They have added a deck that you can eat outdoor which we chose to do.

The menu had interesting items and I chose the Shrimp & Grits. Others in the party had the Orange Pancakes, Pesto Omelet and P & G French Toast. Everyone was happy with their meals. They were delicious.

We like the place so much, we came back during our week stay for lunch. We had the Veg. Paella, Swimming Rueben, Clam Chowder and Chicken Sandwich Special. I will say that the Veg Paella was a little bland, but adding salt and pepper was enough to make it yummy. My husband really loved his Rueben, which had a fish fillet on it.

So there are interesting items on the menu. The service is good and you can't beat the view. Win, Win, Win.

“Great Locale - Needs Menu changes”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 11, 2014

Right on the Ocean, can eat indoors or out. Also, has a bar inside and out. However, am not crazy about their menu. Needs more variety. Prices are a little high for the food.

“On The Beach”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 11, 2014

Stopped here for lunch on our way to St. Augustine, was not a real nice day so we could not sit out on the deck which is right on the beach. Food was very good, not a tremendous variety but enough to choose from. Had the chicken bbq with broccoli slaw, partner had Haddock sandwich and potato salad, portions were more than enough and all very good. The only complaint we had along with others was that it is a noisy atmosphere, perhaps if the deck were open it would not have been so bad, even the waiter had to speak loudly. Would recommend it though but not for a romantic dinner...
