I echo the comments of the last reviewer. In fact, we may have been standing in line together on August 30. We arrived just before noon and found the line coming out the door. There's only ONE person taking orders at the counter, AND handling phone orders. It does appear the phone-in orders take priority over those standing in line sweating and waiting to order. They also have a guy who yells out your name when your food is ready. I was lucky enough to sit at the counter away from the order line, but can see how uncomfortable it would've been for those who had folks standing in line watching them while they ate their burgers. I am not sure the burger lived up to the hype, or the wait. The meat is definitely seasoned in someway, so may not be for everyone. The toppings were generous though, and agree that the fries are nothing special. Seem a lot like the ore-ida frozen steak cut if you get my drift. As we finished up and walked outside, we saw Ray, the owner and my husband spoke to him and tried to tell a little joke but he just ignored us. Dining at T-Rays is quite an experience and a great way to get see some of the locals but I'm not sure if a visit to Tasty's would've been more pleasant.
