We hesitated to try this restaurant based on some of the reviews but were very glad we did. This is a basic family seafood restaurant, with the kind of décor you would expect in an older restaurant. The staff is very friendly and we were served promptly. There is only a limited beer and wine menu but I tried the house sangria and found it refreshing and not overly sweet. One of us had the seafood platter and it was BIG - clam strips, shrimp, fish, and oysters-all fried and all tasty. The cole slaw is of the sweeter variety, which one of us liked and one preferred the tossed salad. Our other entrée was fried chicken and it was excellent-3 big pieces, a mixture of white and dark. The restaurant was full but is not noisy at all. We really enjoyed our meal here and would not hesitate to return.
