Son and I tried the gelato as an afternoon dessert. You can get taste samples of the different flavors they have in display case. Son chose pistachio; I chose mango. At first, I thought the little tiny cups were just too small, but then the server piled the gelato into the tiny cup and continued to fill it. We probably could have just ordered one and split it. The mango gelato was filled with little chunks of mango and tasted wonderful and not too sweet. Son's pistachio was not overpowering. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we enjoyed just taking a break to eat our snacks. Besides gelato, they offer wraps and other lunch items as well as coffee and dessert choices. We did not try anything else while we were there, but the menu sounded interesting.

Gelato and coffee was great- cakes looked like they had been purchased from Costco, which was weird, but the servers were friendly and competent. I'll be back!

Coffee was the best and the homemade cinammon rolls yummy. Have to try this if you visit this area. The quiet porch was perfect and to top it off being serenade by a man that played the harmonic was perfect!

We live on the island and go out for coffee 3 or 4 times a week. We thought we'd try the the shop downtown for a change. They weren't very busy on a Sunday morning. The girl at the counter was talking to a customer at the counter when we arrived. Four minutes later, they were still chitchatting, and the girl showed no sign of waiting on us.

We'll never know how the coffee/food is, I guess. Back to Great Harvest Bread Co for us...
