“Way more fun than exercise should be!”

This tour was such a unique and fun way to see this historic town! Rob was great. Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I am not much of a runner and he had no problems going at my pace, taking breaks to walk when when needed, and making me feel comfortable. If you are looking for something new to do while on vacation or just looking to squeeze in a little exercise, this tour is perfect. Loads of fun and such an amazing value!!

“Great run in a beautiful town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2012

For anyone interested in sightjogging or guided sightseeing, contact Rob Hicks of Peg Leg. Arrangements via email were simple and convenient. We met at the appointed hour and enjoyed an easy 3+ mile jog together through the streets, side roads and neighborhoods of this quaint northeast Florida outpost. Rob knows the architecture, personalities, history and juicy details of this town better than any guidebook or tour guide. It was a pleasure to spend an early morning in his company. And, hey, it was also a great way to add another town to my list of running sites!

“Had a great time!”

Rob made us feel comfortable and welcome to his city. He is very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about the history of the area while taking the beautiful sights. The tour path is varied and interesting, and Rob kept us engaged in his dialogue throughout while also catering to our pacing needs. The ice-cold bottle of water presented to us at the end was a nice touch, too. I recommend this tour highly!

“Great way to start your Trip!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 26, 2011

We did this first thing when we arrived on the island. My wife and I both love running and history so this was a perfect fit. Easy to arrange over email. We even booked it the night before and Rob was very accommodating.

This was the first thing we did on the island and it was wonderful to learn about the history while getting some exercise. Rob knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

“Great tour!”

Rob did an awesome job creating this 3+ mile running tour! We learned a lot, saw some great sights in historic downtown and got a workout in - what more could we ask for? We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about the Island and be active while doing so! :-)
