This was our first visit to Amelia Island and we had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Our room was really nice and the jacuzzi tub was quite a treat. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings and the wine and cheese in the evenings. We'll be back.

Wonderful breakfasts (with dessert!). Nice location for accessing either the historic district (walking distance) or the beach (short drive).

We stayed one night at the Williams House on Amelia Island and it was quite perfect. We had a warm welcome from Byron who showed us to our beautiful room the Santa Maria which was in a side building with a lovely porch outside our room overlooking the quiet street and the most beautiful live oak tree covered in Spanish moss. Our room was very clean, extremely nicely appointed and very comfortable. Byron and Deborah have really paid attention to the little details, there was bottled water in our room, chocolate chip cookies, coffee available in the morning in the hall, beach towels, plush robes, even Q-tips in the bath and the list goes on. Our breakfast was delicious and extravagant as well, you certainly will not go hungry here! The Inn was located just off the quaint little main street (I think it is Centre Street) in Amelia Island and within walking distance of lots of cute shops and restaurants. The beach nearby is absolutely gorgeous too. Certainly the Williams House is a great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Williams House on Amelia Island. The house is charming and filled with beautiful antiques. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The innkeepers are great and provide everything you need including bicycles to ride and all the beach necessities! The verandas are wonderful and filled with wicker furniture, a swing, and lots of shade! This was a very romantic and relaxing stay for us both. We will definitely visit again.

The Williams House is everything it appears to be, and more. Byron and Deborah litterally invite you into a lavish home, with wonderful, and historic accommodations. You will be treated like kings and queens - well- at least my wife and I felt that way when we visited in celebration of our 20th anniversary. Apart from the very comfortable and fully equiped rooms, there is much to see and do in the surrounding area, and Bron and Deborah are there to help you, whatever you choose to do. Highly recommended.
